What we collect

When you order we collect your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, and the items you bought. If you message us we keep that conversation.

How we use it

To take payment, deliver your order, send receipts and tracking, handle returns and support, and meet tax and legal requirements.

Who sees it

Razorpay processes your payment. A shipping partner (through Shiprocket and its couriers) receives your name, phone and address to deliver. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your shopping bag and, for admins, to sign in. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
